General Charging Questions

Download the app shown on the charger, create an account and scan the QR code on the charger, select the connector type, and follow the instructions in the app.
EVOne chargers are compatible with all EVs, including cars, light to heavy commercial vehicles, and buses with CCS connectors.
Charging time varies depending on your EV model and battery size. On average, it takes 30-45 minutes to charge up to 80% using our fast 120kW and 180kW DC charger.
AC charging is slower and better suited for overnight or long-term parking, while DC fast charging can charge your EV 8 times faster.
Check the status of charging stations on the app, where you can view live updates of available chargers.

Troubleshooting Charging Issues

Follow the SOP—remove the gun from the port, reinsert it, turn off your EV engine, wait for 1 minute, then scan the QR code again.
Try rescanning after a moment or contact customer support +65 8666 5880 for assistance.
This error means the charger may be locked in use. Contact our support team +65 8666 5880 to reset it remotely.
Follow the SOP by stopping the charge, waiting for 1 minute, and trying again.
Follow the SOP and restart the charging session. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Payment & Billing Questions

Payments are made through the app via credit/debit card, e-wallets, or corporate billing (for registered corporate customers).
Yes, EVOne offers subscription plans for frequent users. Please check the app for more details.
You can view all past charging sessions and download invoices through the “History” section in the app.

Charging Station Availability and Status

Use our app to find the nearest charging station and view real-time availability.
Check if the charger screen is lit up. If the charger screen shows that the e-stop has been activated or the screen has no light, kindly call our customer hotline +65 8666 5880.
The charging speed may vary depending on the state of your EV’s battery. If it’s a persistent issue, provide your vehicle details for further assistance.
Currently, EVOne does not offer reservations. Chargers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, idle fees may apply after the charging session is complete to prevent prolonged occupation of the charger. There will be a 15mins grace period and after which $0.1/min thereafter.
